The Pernox recruiting department performs all aspects of the hiring process.  The following are some of the typical extensive hiring procedures provided:

·         Conducting  pre-qualification screenings

·         Coordinating pre-employment requirements

·         Conducting in-person interviews

·         Scheduling interviews at the client site when applicable

·         Drug testing & Criminal background research

·         Health and wellness physical examinations

·         Establishing terms and start date

Additional Services Related to Staffing:

·         The absorption of some or all of the pre-employment screening costs, i.e. drug test.
Criminal background check, and the health physical examination

·         Fee based early release of the Pernox contract employee at any time by
client request for direct hire

·         Weekly Generated Invoices

·         On-Site Staff Support

·         Disciplinary action when necessary

·         Exiting interviews
